All of our coffee is roasted and delivered twice a week from Lucid Roasters here in Yucaipa. Coffee is made to order using the pour over method and is served fresh.Fresh made Waffles served Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Our waffle batter is made in-house. Fresh made Crepes served Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Our crepe batter is made in-house. Breakfast and lunch bagel sandwiches made with Boar's Head meats and cheeses and other ingredients.Avocado toast made with local Village Bread.At Chai, we go the extra mile to make as much product as we can fresh in house, and source other products locally that take the same care and passion into making their products the right way.
