Tallgrass Retrievers was established in 2014 to produce the perfect outdoor companion. A capable working dog by day, and fireside companion by night. Each puppy from our litters is individually evaluated to ensure a good match with their new family.Our breeding stock is selected from championship lines based upon Intelligence, Trainability, Calm Temperament, Conformation and Exceptional Health, to meet the breed standard "The Tallgrass Way".Our labradors are proven through service as family companions, upland and waterfowl guide dogs, explosive and narcotic detection dogs, diabetic alert dogs, and titles in both field and conformation events. We offer all three colors Black, Yellow and Chocolate.
