The Scallywag Dog's mission is to increase happiness and joy for dogs as well as the humans who care for them. Certifications include: MSc in Animal Behavior & Welfare University of Pennsylvania Penn Vet, Certified Dog Behavior Consultant (CDBC) through International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC), Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA), Fear Free Shelter certified.
