Mark spent most of his career in Customer Service Management, but his real passion was his love for animals, particularly dogs. Mark has a great gift for taking an ill behaved, sometimes aggressive dog and turning him into a big old teddy bear. Mark created the Tuxedo’s K-9 Training Camp for that very purpose. He wanted to help dog lovers in the Rochester NY area, learn how to care for and really enjoy living with their K9 companion. He uses a positive reinforcement approach to building a long lasting relationship between owner and dog.
